The strikes follow IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir's approval of a new wave of overnight strikes across all current theaters of war following the Iranian ballistic missile hits in Israel's southern cities of Arad and Dimona. At least 84 were wounded in Arad, and another 78 wounded across several impact sites in Dimona. On Saturday, the Israel Air Force struck a research and development facility used by the Iranian regime to develop nuclear weapons components in Tehran. The facility, which was located inside Tehran’s Malek-Ashtar University, was used to develop ballistic missiles in addition to nuclear weapons, the IDF stated. This is a developing story.
